Concept
As the whole block is a hospital - Campus it is impossible to introduce alien functions, so the proposal should be some thing to serve the users with out braking the rules, a garden perhaps
The intension is to build a garden natural forms will be added to the elevation of the block. This will be a beacon that there is a garden here.

The term healing gardens is most often applied to green spaces in hospitals and other healthcare facilities that specifically aim to improve health outcomes. These gardens provide a place of refuge and promote healing in patients, families, and staff. because the gardens promote: relief from symptoms, stress reduction, improvement in overall sense of well being and hopefulness.

Labyrinth path
To relax the mind, should have only one path, a single through-route with twists and turns but without branches. Has only one entrance and that is also the exit.  There is just one path from the entrance to the centre.
